Client Partnership Associate

Our Client Partnership Associates are key to making our software platform shine in the eyes of new customers. You will become an a.i. product champion, knowing the ins and outs of the platforms features & benefits and roadmap. The role ranges across a variety of activities including new business development, client servicing, account management and administration.

We are looking for someone who is capable of supporting senior colleagues in identifying and qualifying new prospects. You will ensure that a.i’s CRM and deals pipelines are always kept up to date. You will also have impeccable relational and communication skills and will be confident to run webinars & face to face presentations. You will possess a student mentality and be willing to be mentored by the Head of Client Partnerships.

 

Desired skill sets.

  • Solution style selling experience in a financial firm, B2B, SaaS company.

  • Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humour and the ability to convey this through phone and email communication.

  • DFP qualified or currently studying towards the DFP or worked as an adviser associate/paraplanner.

  • Experience in using financial planning software is a bonus.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bias towards immediate action and results.

Key responsibilities.

  • Own the sales relationship with assigned enquiries, leads and opportunities which include increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish a trusted relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.

  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell subscription opportunities.

  • Support the Client Partnerships team by keeping our CRM up to date managing notes, calendar appointments, emails, tasks, workflows and deal pipelines.

  • Assist with pitch materials- Preparation of presentation materials and competitor analysis to support the sales process. 

  • Maintain client communications and follow ups to emails, phone calls & website enquiries.

  • Become an a.i. Product Champion and conduct regular online webinar demonstrations.

Client Partnership Manager

Our Client Partnership Managers are key to making our software platform shine in the eyes of new customers. You will become an a.i. product champion, knowing the ins and outs of the platforms features & benefits and roadmap. You must be passionate about engaging with customers, expanding and understanding their use cases. You have an understanding of where customers are coming from and how a.i. is positioned.

You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with. You will be the channel between the Client and the Onboarding Experience team, as well collaborating with other key a.i. stakeholders. You must be DFP qualified and worked as a financial adviser or paraplanner to understand financial advice.

  • Work with clients to establish their critical pain points, their required needs, articulate the solution and aid the customer in achieving their goals.

  • Track the sales lifecycle for each client opportunity.

Onboarding Specialist

Our Onboarding Specialists are key to making our software platform shine in the eyes of new and existing customers. You will become a product champion, knowing the in’s and out’s of the platforms functionality, capability and roadmap. You will be required to project manage all the assisted onboarding aspects for new clients; including process mapping and data migrations. You are responsible for managing the successful onboarding of advice firms, practices and dealer groups. You will need to be skilled in financial planning software, financial advice (DFP), the financial advice process, practice management and project management.


Desired skill sets.

  • 1-2 years project management experience
  • 1-2 years previous experience in adviser/licensee onboarding within a dealer group, financial planning firm or financial planning software provider
  • 1-2 years experience in implementation, data migration, change management of software systems
  • Diploma Financial Planning (DFP)
  • Financial Planning software understanding
  • Understanding of financial advice and the financial planning and advice process
  • Understanding of financial services industry
  • Understanding of cloud-based SaaS

Key responsibilities.

  • Project manage the a.i. software on-boarding, care period, data migrations and implementations processes.
  • Track the onboarding lifecycle for each client.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with a.i. clients around on-boarding.
  • Assist Practice & Licensee Business Configurations (user permissions, licensee requirements, logo, themes, contacts & APL etc).
  • Assist with the set up of Templates, Service packages, CRM fields, data feeds etc.
  • Manage Data migrations.
  • Facilitate training sessions.
  • Document specific client requirements.
  • Work closely with the a.i. professional services, data migrations, training & change management teams.
